(1) Exit Hamamatsu Station through the north exit.
(2) Follow along the station towards the east, and go up the stairs just before the pedestrian crossing.
(3) Continuing to go east, follow the passageway to the ACT Tower. The moving passageway can be used for greater convenience.
(4) Enter the ACT Tower (you will be on the second floor).
(5) Take the elevator at the far left to the 21st floor.
